Will servicing with you affect my new-car warranty?
No. Australian Consumer Law allows independent specialists like us to perform logbook servicing without affecting your manufacturer warranty.
Which Mercedes-Benz models do you service?
Every model — from A-Class, C-Class and E-Class through to GLE, S-Class, AMG performance vehicles and classic Mercedes. If it wears the three-pointed star, we know it. There are many vans we can’t service as we don’t have the hoists. Utes are OK.
How long will my service take?
Most A and B Services are completed same-day if booked in advance. We'll always confirm timing when you book and call you the moment your car is ready.
Do you service other European makes or just Mercedes-Benz?
Yes. While we specialise in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, our experienced technicians also service and repair a wide range of European makes, including BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Porsche, Land Rover and more. If you're unsure whether we can assist with your vehicle, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Do you offer a courtesy car?
Yes. We provide complimentary courtesy cars (subject to availability) or we'll happily organise a local Uber to get you home or to work.
Where are you located?
We're conveniently located at 115 Northgate Drive, Thomastown VIC 3074, just off the Metropolitan Ring Road (M80), making us easily accessible from Melbourne's northern suburbs, CBD and regional Victoria.
How do I get a quote for additional repairs?
You can definitely give us a call or send a message for additional repairs quote, and also we will never carry out work without your approval. If we find anything during your service, we'll call with a transparent quote before lifting a spanner.
